How to Grant Login Access to HomeKeeper Support

Here's how to grant login access to HomeKeeper (listed as Grounded Solutions Network Support). A member of our Support team might ask you to grant them login access, so that we can peer into your account and identify the problem that you are experiencing.

1. Find and click your name *or* picture in the top right corner

2. Click "Settings/My Settings/Setup" (this depends on your Salesforce instance)

3. Enter "Grant" into search box in the left sidebar

Click on Grant Login Access

4. Find "Grounded Solutions Network Support" and select an Access Duration

HomeKeeper is a program of Grounded Solutions Network.

Typically, 1 month of access is best.

Done! You will be able to change the access duration as necessary.
