How to login to Salesforce.com (and HomeKeeper)

HomeKeeper is an app built on the Salesforce platform. You will login to your organization's Salesforce instance to access HomeKeeper.

1. Open a web browser and navigate to login.salesforce.com

1. Navigate to https://login.salesforce.com/
2. Enter your user name (always in the format of an email address)
3. Enter password
4. Click "Log in"

Forgot or need to reset your password? See this article or Salesforce help. Or, another user in your org, or your Salesforce administrator, may be able to reset your password for you.

2. Navigate to the HomeKeeper app

HomeKeeper might not be the first app to appear on your screen (if you are logging in for the first time, if it's been a while, or if you use multiple apps in Salesforce).
Here's how to get to the right app ( "HomeKeeper" for homeownership features, or "Housing Counseling")

Salesforce Lightning: click the App Menu in the upper left corner, type in app name, and select from Apps list

Salesforce Classic: Click on the App Menu (blue oval) in the upper right hand corner and select HomeKeeper.

3. Welcome to HomeKeeper!

You know you're in the HomeKeeper app if you see the "HomeKeeper" (homeownership features) or "Housing Counseling" in the upper left corner.
