What Data is Being Collected?
Individual names, contact information, and any other personally identifying information for home buyers will not be stored in the national performance database. The National Performance Database will report on aggregate data from your HomeKeeper, and will not provide any individual level detail that can be openly associated with a person (we will never collect social security information, credit report information, or other sensitive personally identifying information about clients).
Address information for the properties as well as associated program information will be collected so we can perform our research and data analysis for the Sector Performance Dashboards.
You can review this HomeKeeper Support Forum Article for a full list of HomeKeeper Fields that roll up to the National Data Hub
How is Data Collected?
Data is sent by your organization through the “Certify” functions. We do not have access to data until it is certified by your program.
We will configure a profile that accesses your data for the national roll-up (named HomeKeeper API User) which limits the data that is accessible for the national database. You will also have access to that profile if you want to see the limitations or make adjustments.
Data is aggregated to us nightly at 9PM PST. We compile all of the information for analysis and refresh the Sector Performance Dashboards quarterly.
How is Data Stored?
Once data has been sent to the National Data Hub, it is stored in Grounded Solutions Network’s Salesforce, where access is limited to our internal data team. Aggregated data is transmitted to a secure Amazon AWS server to be published to a Tableau dashboard - both the Public and Private. No personally identifying information is ever aggregated by Grounded Solutions Network nor is published publicly.
